Provide an on-site, resort presence to ensure a clean, safe, well-maintained environment which promotes, customer service and public safety.

• Assist guests with arrival and check-in procedures, general enquiries, and any provided service problems.
• Provide regular rounds of RV park to conduct security checks to reduce or eliminate vandalism and other criminal activities.
• Ensure consistent compliance with site rules and safety standards.
• Prepare sites for new guest arrivals.
• Perform grass cutting and general site/ grounds maintenance.
• Fill propane cylinders and belly tanks.
• Deliver supplies to guest sites.
• Perform emergency/temporary repairs to facilities/company assets as required.
• Ensure all pathways are free of garbage/debris, Pick-up recycling, and dog waste containers.

• Previous campground or experience in the tourism/hospitality sector a definite asset.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing and general equipment maintenance including small machinery.
• Physically able to walk up to 5KM per day and conduct continuous rounds through sites.
• Continuous need for bending, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Must be able to work outdoors, in all weathers.
• Open and able to work different shifts including late nights and weekends.
• Ability to always remain calm and friendly.

The pay for this position is $20/hr and a free site to cover on all call duties.
